If you want to Opt out of recording:

Anyone can opt out their profile from being recorded. This will also delete all existing videos of your LIVEs. Please email [email protected] with the subject 'Opt Out' or 'DCMA' and include your username. Please also include a screenshot of your TikTok profile page while logged in or any alternative simple proof that you own the account or you are acting for the account owner. We will automate this in the future to make it easier.
