Android App Migration

The old Android app was replaced with a new app on Google Play. Unless you still have an active subscription you will need to download the new app

Can I still use the old app?

If the old app is working for you and you still have an active subscription, you can and should use the old app. Once the subscription is over it will NOT auto review and you will need to download the new app.

Will my old subscription carry over?

No. Your old subscription will NOT carry over and will NOT auto-renew. If you still have active time left on it (e.g. if you're on the 3 month plan), you should continue to use the old app. In the new app you will have to manually subscibe and pay again.

What about the videos and accounts I followed?

ALL videos are still there, no videos have been deleted. But you will have to re-add each user you previously followed one-by-one to the new app. So sorry, we know this is time consuming. We will add support for accounts which save your profile in the future.

I still have active time on the old app subscription but I uninstalled it!

Download the new app then please email [email protected] and provide the email address of your Google Play account AND the 10 letter id in the top left menu of the new app.
